cTrader OAuth access tokens expire. When refresh fails or you change broker permissions, the dashboard shows Reauthorise Account.
What to do
- Open the dashboard and use Reauthorise (demo or live matching your account type).
- On the cTrader consent screen, tick exactly one account — the same trading account as your Cwebhook login.
- Do not select both demo and live accounts together.
- Confirm the connection and check that symbols load again.
